Time for this week's staging tip! Unless you're selling a property for land value, make sure that your house is in its finest condition.
Ensure that any holes in the walls, cracked paint, leaky faucets, burnt out lights, tattered window screens, etc. are fixed or replaced. Even though it may not bother you, prospective home-buyers are attuned to these flaws and may use them to negotiate a lower price then your home’s potential value.
